Bet responsibly
Our picks are opinions, not guarantees. Even our strongest picks lose sometimes, so only ever bet money you can afford to lose.
18+
Betting is for adults only. If you're under 18, please don't use FC Masters to bet.
Simple rules that keep it fun
- Set a budget before you bet, and stop when it's gone.
- Never chase losses by betting more to win them back.
- Don't bet with money meant for rent, food, school fees or bills.
- Never borrow money to bet.
- Big accumulators with many games rarely win. Fewer selections lose less often.
- Take breaks. Don't bet when you're angry, stressed or have been drinking.
Signs betting is becoming a problem
- You spend more than you planned, or more than you can afford.
- You bet to win back money you lost.
- You hide your betting from family or friends.
- You borrow or sell things to bet.
- Betting makes you anxious or affects your sleep, work or school.
If any of these sound like you, it's worth taking a break and talking to someone.
Tools that help
- Deposit limits. Most betting apps let you set a daily, weekly or monthly limit in your account settings.
- Time-outs and self-exclusion. You can usually block yourself from a betting app for days, months or for good. Ask the bookmaker's support if you can't find it.
- Block betting sites on your phone with free blocking apps.
